Help for Parents with kids who have DMDD, ADHD or ODD

I fix broken parents and broken marriages.

I have six kids, most of whom have either ADHD, DMDD, or both. I know what it's like to get a new diagnosis and not know what to do next. I know what it's like to ruminate on whether my child will be ok, whether they'll ever have a good relationship with their siblings , or their father, or me again. I know what it's like to think I may never feel peace.

But luckily, that was a few years ago. And in time, with hours of research and trainings, I figured it all out. My kids are thriving today. They all do well in school, my house is quiet, and we LOVE spending time together. It was a process, but it's one I feel so blessed to have gone through.

Today, I have coached over 100 clients, many of whom are exactly where I was a few years ago. I would have loved to have a had a guide: someone who had been there to teach me how to love myself and love my children in a way that our relationship could become beautiful and full of trust.

Do you need an ally, someone to talk to who has been there? Someone who can help you walk your path with proven strategies? Come with me, and let's get started.

My husband and I have been married 25 years. I serve actively in my local ward and stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and I am a former Young Women president and Primary president. I hold a degree in communications from Brigham Young University; numerous fitness certifications including AFAA, Les Mills Bodypump, Les Mills Bodycombat, and Les Mills Bodyflow; and a certification in life and health coaching from The Life Coach School. Currently I am working on obtaining my Advanced Certification in faith-based coaching from Jody Moore Coaching.
